In 2024-25, VanVleet scored 14.1 points per game while adding 5.6 assists and shooting 34.5 per cent from beyond the arc.
He’ll return to a Houston lineup to play for the first time with Kevin Durant, who joined the team last season, as well as reunite with young stars such as Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson.
VanVleet is scheduled to reach unrestricted free agency next summer.
