In addition to a brand-new stadium, the Buffalo Bills will have some new threads for the upcoming season.
The team unveiled their new ‘Nickel City’ alternate jerseys on Monday, as an ode to Buffalo’s roots.
The all-grey jerseys are inspired by Buffalo’s historic steel mills, grain elevators and rail yards, while donning a blue collar as a nod to “the workers of past and present who represent the strength, work ethic, and authenticity” of the city.
The Bills have not yet stated for which games they will don the Nickel City uniforms.
The all-grey garb replaces last season’s alternate uniform — the all-white ‘Cold Front’ jerseys, which they wore on a Sunday Night Football matchup against the rival New England Patriots.
