Three more Canadians will compete at the National Bank Open presented by Rogers.
Rebecca Marino, Katherine Sebov and Cadence Brace were each handed wild cards into the main draw on Wednesday.

The National Bank Open is the fuel of tennis across Canada, and having so many Canucks to cheer for at Sobeys Stadium will create another unforgettable experience while showcasing the depth of Canadian tennis, inspiring future generations, and supporting the growth of our sport from coast to coast,” said tournament director Karl Hale.
Marino, 35, returned to the WTA Tour this month after an injury layoff due to a fractured collarbone. It will mark her 11th appearance at the National Bank Open, having first debuted 20 years ago.
Ranked 333rd, the Vancouver native reached the second round of the tournament in Montreal last year.
Sebov, the 27-year-old Torontonian, will make her second main-draw appearance at the NBO. The 230th-ranked player lost in the final round of Wimbledon qualifying in June.
Brace, a 21-year-old also from Toronto, will be making her NBO main-draw debut.
Other wild cards for the women’s tournament in Toronto have gone to Bianca Andreescu, Venus Williams and Kayla Cross. Organizers have two more to dole out before action begins Aug. 2.
