Report: Bucks trade Giannis Antetokounmpo to Heat

Few moves can reshape the landscape of the NBA. This is one of them.

Giannis Antetokounmpo will don a new jersey for the first time in his career, as the Milwaukee Bucks agreed to trade the two-time MVP to the Miami Heat on Monday, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Bobby Portis will also go to Miami in the deal.

In exchange, the Heat are trading Tyler Herro, Kel’el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kasparas Jakucionis, three first-round draft picks, another first-round pick swap and a second-round pick to the Bucks. One of the picks is No. 13 in Tuesday’s NBA Draft.

The trade is agreed to but will not be completed until July 6 when the new league year opens.
