The right-hander will start for the Blue Jays on Tuesday against the San Francisco Giants (Sportsnet, Sportsnet+ at 9:45 p.m. ET), the team announced.
Miles, who joined the Blue Jays as a Rule 5 draft pick in December, was originally drafted by the Giants 136th overall in 2022.
Across 54.0 innings in 2026, Miles has a 2.83 ERA with 55 strikeouts, 17 walks and a 4-1 record.
This is Miles’ first season in the big leagues after injuries, including recovery from Tommy John surgery, delayed his debut.
